Dialysis Services

Dialysis normally begins for patients when their natural kidney function has fallen below 85-90% of normal. Unless the patient receives a kidney transplant, they will continue dialysis for the rest of their lives. Dialysis will not cure a kidney insufficiency, but it will help a person live longer and feel better.
